Creative Tuesday / Drawing with a sewing needle and meeting with artist Saša Bezjak
You can draw with pencil or felt-tip pen, and you can also sew lines and images. We invite you to a workshop with artist Saša Bezjak. First, we will walk to the exhibition space in the Judgement Tower to see her exhibition of sewn drawings, Needle in a Haystack. The artist will be available to answer our questions about the inspiration, creation and message of her artworks. After the exhibition, we will also start sewing. We will start with the basics. How long should the thread be? Where does a sewing needle have an ear? And then – in – out and watch your finger!
Holiday workshops are aimed at children from 5 years old.
